Worked for LOT today and then went to watch the kids tonight so Craig and Robin could go to a movie.

Day 125: May 5, 2011

Frustrating day at work today, at least in the morning.  The servers were having problems at the company that does our online ticketing...and they didn't tell us.  So we fought with the computers all morning.  Grrr....

Day 124: May 4, 2011

Happy Star Wars Day!!!  (May the Fourth be with you...)

Somewhat uneventful day.  I worked.  And then worked again.  Had a voice lesson.  (My voice is suffering after my most recent sinus infection.  Grrrrrr.)

Day 123: May 3, 2011

Shauna and I went down to Denver tonight after work.  First, we had dinner at the Rockbottom Brewery with our good friend Kristi Siedow-Thompson.  It was great to see her!

Then we went to see 9 to 5: The Musical at the Buell.  What a hilarious show!!!  I love the movie, but the musical has its own special flair and hilarity.

Day 122: May 2, 2011

Today Shauna and I went down to Melanie's so that we could practice our flute/harp duet for the Ring Ceremony.  (Shauna came along to play with Lily so we could practice uninterrupted.)  We are playing Pachelbel's Canon.  It's going to sound great!

Then we met Mom & Amanda in Longmont and went out to lunch for Amanda's birthday.

I never got a call, so I did not make callbacks for "Quilters".  It's a bummer, but just as well.  It's a bad drive to Bas Bleu from my house.  And I'd rather do that show with Jalyn as Sarah!

Craig and I made callbacks for "The Sound of Music" but Emily did not.  That's the real bummer.  She would be an adorable Gretl!  Oh, well.  She's more of a Brigitta and Rebekah is Gretl.  Maybe someone else will do the show in about 3 or 4 years!

Day 121: May 1, 2011

Today was Ben's Blessing Day, so we went up to Wellington for that.  Then we went over to Craig & Robin's house for dinner.

But the big news of the day is that apparently Osama Bin Laden is dead!  10 years in the making...they finally got him!

Day 120: April 30, 2011

I went up to Fort Collins this morning for another audition.  I auditioned for "Quilters" at the Bas Bleu Theatre.  I think I did okay.  I forgot the end of my song, but the nice thing about doing an a cappella audition is that if you forget the end, just stop and pretend it's the end!

I ran a few errands around town and then Shauna and I went to see "Jane Eyre" at the Lyric Cinema Cafe.  Good movie!!!
