Day 133: May 13, 2011

Today was the wedding day!  And a beautiful, sunny day (after 2 days of rain.)  I now have another sister-in-law!!!

It was a loooooooooooong day.  So tired now.  Luckily, I have nothing to do tomorrow.

Day 132: May 12, 2011

I worked for LOT this morning and then headed down to Longmont.  Time to set up for the wedding reception!  We also got our nails done.  I have purple nail polish!  Fun stuff!

After we got as much set up as we could, we headed back to Loveland.  Peggy & Henry are here for the wedding.  We had dinner at Grandma & Grandpa's house.

Then we went and watched tonight's episode of Bones.  I am so mad!  They killed off my favorite Squintern!!!!!!!  HOW RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Day 131: May 11, 2011

Worked again today.  It's so hard to talk on the phone!!!!!!!!!  My tongue is getting better, but I still have a ways to go.

Tonight was the Bachelorette Party.  We went to Jump Street in Northglenn and then to Buffalo Wild Wings.  I had 2 different flavors of boneless wings.  Honey BBQ and Garlic Parmesan.  Yum!!!

Day 130: May 10, 2011

I had to go to work today, because I didn't feel sick.  Sure, I can barely talk and I'm in a lot of pain.  But I had to go to work.  So I spent the day talking on the phone.  Not the best way to get over this stupid cold sore.  But what could I do?  It still hurts like heck and it could possibly take a week to heal!  NOT FAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Day 129: May 9, 2011

I had to work today, despite my mouth still driving me crazy.  I had a meeting at 10, then I had a hair appointment from 12 to 2.  Then I worked until 5.  Then I decided that I wouldn't be able to sing for my "Annie Warbucks" audition, and I couldn't get through on to the theatre on the will call line.  So I drove out there and talked to the director.  Hopefully, I'll be able to sing either Tuesday or Wednesday.  (The director is the ONLY one on the production staff who has never heard me sing.  Of course.)  Then I went to Urgent Care.  It's so much fun to play "Stump the Doctor".  They think it's a cold sore on my tongue, but they aren't 100% sure.  So they put me on an antiviral drug and gave me Lidocane to put on my tongue to help with the pain.  Hopefully it'll clear up soon.  Neal's wedding is Friday!!!!!!!!

Day 128: May 8, 2011

I think I spent too much time in bed this weekend.  My joints hurt.  And my tongue hurts.  What the heck!?  Did I bite it?  I have no idea.

I barely made it through the callbacks for The Sound of Music.  I had no energy and I could barely talk (thanks to my stupid tongue.)

Ugh...why me?

Day 127: May 7, 2011

I woke up with a bad headache this morning.  I managed to get my laundry done, but I went back to bed for most of the day.  I ended up throwing up 3 times.  Not how I had planned to spend my day!!!  Now, for some unknown reason, the right side of my tongue is all swollen, like it has a bunch of canker sores.  It hurts to eat and talk!  GRRRRRRR!!!!!  I couldn't sing at the recital tonight, but I have to go to call backs for "The Sound of Music" on Sunday.  And auditions for "Annie Warbucks" on Monday!!!
